1988 Mustang – RT 427 CID Ford Engine Fastest Small Block Ford Pump Gas Motor Quarter Mile 9.5 ET & 145 MPH - All Motor

Congratulations to George Christakis for pounding out premium performance from a Pump Gas Powered Rolling Thunderz built 427 cid Ford Windsor engine and running as fast as legally possible with a stock suspension Mustang.

The 427 Rolling Thunderz engine received expert tuning to run 9.6 second ET’s at 145 MPH on pump gas and 8.5 seconds ET’s at 160 MPH with mild Nitrous Oxide Injection and Race Gas. The 8.5 second ET is as fast as the 88 Mustang can legally run within safety rules that limit the current stock suspension chassis from running faster.
